Oceania's bulk conditioner is formulated using 95% natural, plant-based ingredients, featuring essential ingredients like Vitamins B5 and E, aloe leaf juice, and kelp extract for proper hydration and nourishment. Kelp helps to reduce the appearance of wrinkling and sagging, as well as hair loss and breakage. It is an extremely hydrating ingredient. Aloe is a naturally occurring UV protectant, which provides anti-aging benefits. It relieves scalp itchiness, promotes hair growth, and controls potential greasiness. Vitamin E is added to our bulk conditioner to protect the scalp from damage and irritation. It protects the scalp from oxidative stress and lipid layer damage and promotes healthy hair growth by reducing the aging effects of UV damage. Vitamin B5 is a water-soluble, hydrating vitamin. This vitamin provides hydration, reduces water loss, and maintains hair silkiness and softness. It improves hair strength, reduces hair loss, and boosts hair shine and volume by penetrating the hair cuticle to hydrate hair from the inside out. Our bulk conditioner is formulated without the use of parabens, triazolinone and formaldehyde. This coconut lime scented conditioner is meant to be used after shampooing for soft, silky strands.
